Sharlene McInnes qualified as an Acupuncturist and Tuina massage therapist at the New Zealand School of Acupuncture. She describes herself as a down-to-earth practitioner whose passion lies in medicine. Over the years her focus has been directed more towards complementary medicine. Her treatments cater to your individual needs. 

Sharlene is trained in both Therapeutic Chinese massage and Acupuncture. She’s an ACC treatment provider and a member of the NZ register of Acupuncturists.

As a member of Fertility Acupuncture and Childbirth Team (FACT), I'm able to be of assistance to couples either trying to conceive naturally, or using the help of reproductive techniques (IVF, IUI).

All going well during your future pregnancy, acupuncture is effective at helping with the many ailments associated with this journey, andextreme changes in your body. Coming towards the end of your pregnancy, acupuncture can also be called upon to help prepare your body for eminent labour.
